How we pack, insure and deliver heavy hand-carved stone — across India and worldwide.

Shipping a 200 kg hand-carved mandir safely is a craft of its own. Here is exactly how we do it.

1. Export-Grade Packaging

  • Fumigated, export-compliant wooden crates built around each piece.
  • High-density foam layering, bubble wrap and corner protection on all carved surfaces.
  • Multi-piece items (temples, shikharas, chhatris) are numbered and packed with an assembly guide.
  • Complete crating photographs are shared with you before the truck leaves our workshop.

2. All-India Delivery

We dispatch through trusted heavy-goods transporters to every state in India. Transit time is typically 4-12 days depending on destination. Door delivery is arranged wherever transporter networks permit; in remote locations, delivery is to the nearest transport hub with our team coordinating the last mile with you.

3. International Export

We ship worldwide by sea (FCL/LCL) and by air for smaller pieces. Export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and fumigation certificate — is prepared by us. Port-to-port and door-to-door options are quoted based on your country and port.

4. Dispatch Timeline

Ready pieces dispatch within 3-7 working days of order confirmation and full payment. Made-to-order pieces dispatch as per the production timeline committed in your written quotation.

5. Transit Insurance & Risk

Transit insurance can be arranged on request and is recommended for high-value pieces. Risk transfers as per the agreed shipping terms (explained clearly in your quotation). Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours as per our Cancellation & Return Policy.

6. Tracking & Support

Every dispatch includes transporter details and tracking reference shared on your WhatsApp. Our team follows your consignment until it reaches you, and remains available on call to guide unloading and installation by your local mason.
